In order to qualify for MECA’s Tuition Assistance, you must meet the following criteria:
- You (and your spouse, if married) must be resident(s) of Milton, and be working full or part time, participating in school or in a job training program
- Your child(ren) must be between 2 years 9 months and 5 years old, but not yet Kindergarten eligible
- Your gross annual income must fall below 50% of the state median income for your family size. Exceptions are made (up to 85% of state median income) for families most at risk. Income includes wages from all contributing adults, child support, alimony, Social Security, AFDC, or other payments.
